Scott Glenn is an American stage, film and television actor. He is arguably one of the most successful character actors working in the industry. He has played several famous characters throughout his career including the historic astronaut Alan Shepherd in The Right Stuff, Donald Rumsfeld in Oliver Stone's W. and fictional FBI agent Jack Crawford in the Academy Award winning film The Silence of the Lambs.
