Scott Adsit

American actor and writer Scott Adsit plays the role of director and Liz Lemon's best friend Pete Hornberger on the NBC comedy 30 Rock. He also voices the role of Clay Puppington on Cartoon Network's Moral Orel on Adult Swim.

Before his current success Adsit was a major player on the improv comedy scene. He worked as cast member of The Second City, Mr. Show, and often appeared in the work of Jack Black and Kyle Gass when they performed as Tenacious D.
