Scion is a brand of cars aimed at the younger generation and owned by Toyota. The name literally means a descendant or heir.
Scion History
2002: Toyota unveils Scion at the New York Auto Show.
2003: The Scion xA and xB debut in California.2004: Scions become available in the South, Southeast and East Coast of the United States.
2005: The Scion tC sports coupe debuts.
2006: The Scion next generation xB and xA, known as the xD, debut privately.
2007: The xB and xD are unveiled to the public.
