Scalloped Potatoes in their simplest form consist of potatoes, sliced thinly, and layered with milk, cream, or bechamel sauce. Very similar to Au Gratin Potatoes.

Quick Recipe
- 5 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons cooking sherry (optional)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Layer ingredients and bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour.
