Saudi Orange Notice

  • On February 10, 2009, Saudi Arabia requested that the International Criminal Police Organization issue what is called an "Orange Notice," a global warning intended to alert authorities of a possible threat. This Orange Notice request from Saudi Arabia was issued in connection with 85 specific terrorist suspects, whom Saudi authorities suspect are planning an attack on the country.
