  • Basketball Career

    Prior to playing in the NBA, Pavlovic played for the Buducnost Podgorica in the Serbian YUBA Liga from 2000 to 2003. He joined the NBA in 2003 when he was selected 19th overall in the NBA draft by the Utah Jazz.     In 2004, Pavlovic was selected by the Charlotte Bobcats in the expansion draft, then traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers one day later. Although he saw less playing time with the Cavaliers, Pavlovic's stats improved.
