As waves of rumors and controversies continue to surround Republican VP nominee Sarah Palin, bookmakers, gamblers and pundits alike have speculated that Palin might be withdrawn as John McCain's running mate. On September 26, 2008 National Review columnist and former Palin fan Kathleen Parker recommended that Sarah Palin withdraw from the race because recent interviews had shown her to be "out of her league."
