Oprah Winfrey interviewed former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin on November 16, 2009. Palin met with Oprah for the first time during an episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show to promote her new book Going Rogue.

Among other things, the two discussed her decision to step down as governor, her familed presidential campaign with John McCain, her feelings on Levi Johnston, the father of her grandson.

The interviewed opened with Oprah asking Palin how she felt after she was not invited to appear on the show during the presidential campaign.
