Sarah McLean Levens was the wife of Mixed Martial Arts professional fighter Justin Levens. The couple was found shot to death in their home by Sarah McLean Levens' mother on Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Investigators found a gun at the scene, but there were no signs of struggle. While no note was found, police believe that a murder-suicide may be the intent of what occurred at the scene. Police had received calls to the residence several times over the past year.
