Sara Kuszak, a luxury yacht chef from Savannah, Georgia, was murdered while on vacation in Puerto Rico, on February 4, 2009.CNN: Slayings Shock Super-Yacht Industry (February 11, 2009) Kuszak, who was five-months pregnant, was kidnapped during a morning jog. She made a call to an employee of a marina from the trunk of her kidnapper's car. Navedo confessed to the killing of Sara Kuszak. He told police that he spotted her jogging and forced her into the trunk of his car as she ran past him. He reportedly did not know she was pregnant at the time of the murder and expressed regret to authorities--stating that he has a daughter of his own and knows what he did was a "big mistake."
