Sao Paulo Hotels

Hotel Unique is a luxury and well-rated hotel in Sao Paulo. Rooms and suites feature LCD TV's, CD/DVD players, with access to the hotels DVD library, free high speed internet and mini bars. On the roof top there is a pool, bar and restaurant available only to guests until 6pm. There is also a fitness center, saunas and spa services open daily.

There are many moderately-priced lodging options within the city. Tryp Higienopolis, a Sol Melia hotel, is definitely one of those options. There are 252 rooms, all with amenities such as internet access, safes, mini-bars and 24-hour room service. Frommer's gives this hotel an exceptional rating and calls it "[e]legant and luxurious" and says the rooms are "amazing."

Budget accommodations in the city range from hotel chains like Holiday Inn Express to hostels. The Marian Palace Hotel is a great value in an excellent location. Before booking be sure to call the hotel and ask about their many promotions they offer. If you are looking for an even cheap option, try one of the Hosteling International hostels in the city. The Sao Paulo Hostel is located downtown, while the Praca da Arvore Hostel is a bit further away from the main part of the city, but still within a safe neighborhood.
