Sanrio's motto is "Small Gift Big Smile" and they believe that a gift is more than a gift. They believe that a gift is a way of expressing heartfelt feelings for each other.
The creators of Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll and the rest of the friends, and all of there product lines have been in business since 1960. Sintaro Tsujicreated a line of characters designed around gift giving and it has bloomed into a Television show, a stationary line and the much loved Hello Kitty trinkets.
