Sandeep Kapoor is a physician who was arrested and charged with conspiracy on March 12, 2009, for allegedly supplying Howard K. Stern with drugs to give his girlfriend, Anna Nicole Smith. Attorney-General Edmund Brown stated "These individuals repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose." Anna Nicole Smith's Death
On February 8, 2007, Anna Nicole Smith was found unresponsive in her Seminole Hard Rock Hotel room in Hollywood, Florida. Maurice Brighthaupt, Smith's bodyguard, administered CPR until paramedics arrived.
