Samsung Memoir is a mobile phone from Samsung with 8 Megapixels camera with Xenon flash. It features camera specific features and functions. The phone was announced during Mobile World Congress 2009 on February 15, 2009. It was available exclusively through T-Mobile starting February 25, 2009. [1]

According to Samsung, the Memoir is the first eight megapixel camera phone to be marketed in the United States. It's predecessor, the Samsung Behold, was a step behind at five megapixels.
