Samim Anghaie is a professor at University of Florida who is suspected of defrauding hundreds of thousands of dollars from NASA. His wife, Sousan Anghaie, is the president of New Era Technology Inc. (NETECH) in Gainesville, Florida. Samim is the director/vice president of NETECH and Sousan is the president. The search warrant said there is cause to believe that NETECH intentionally overpaid Anghaie, underpaid other employees and created and paid illegitimate employees.
