  • Sam Aiken is a NFL wide receiver and special teams player with the New England Patriots. Playing for the Buffalo Bills for most of his career, Aiken was signed to the Patriots at the close of the 2007 season.
  • Brief Biography

    Growing up in Clinton, North Carolina, Aiken was a standout athlete in both football and track and field. He chose to attend University of North Carolina in 1999. It was there that he became second team all ACC, in 2002. Aiken declared himself eligible for the 2003 NFL draft and was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the forth round and as the 111th pick overall. In the three years in Buffalo, he was primarily playing on the organization's special teams unit, but also saw some time at wide-out. At the end of the 2007 season, Aiken was picked up by the New England Patriots.
