Salt Lake City Restaurants

  • Salt Lake City is the capital and the largest city in Utah. The city offers a variety of cuisine options throughout the districts, including traditional American, Southwestern and even Vietnamese foods. A favorite among the locals, and probably growing popularity elsewhere is what's called "Fry sauce." It sounds messy, but it's a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise and seasonings, all topped on a pile of fries. It was first created by a fast food joint called Arctic Circle, that is now spread throughout Utah.
