The SAG Awards are presented annually by the Screen Actors Guild to recognize outstanding performances from its members. Nominations are selected by two independent panels, each with 2100 SAG members.http://www.sagawards.org/node/21 The committees choose the nominees for each of the SAG Awards categories from film and television for the year. A final ballot is determined by the nominating committee, then all of the members of the Screen Actors Guild, over 100,000, vote to select winners from that ballot.http://www.sagawards.org/node/21 The winners are announced at the ceremony.http://www.sagawards.org/node/21
