1:00 Letterman mentions how the movie ''Borat'' made a quarter of a billion dollars and asks how the new movie ''Bruno'' will stack up against it. Cohen explains how he did not expect the movie Borat to be such a success.
1:45 Letterman asks if Bruno will be more accessible than Borat. Cohen explains the character of Bruno and mentions that he is one of his three characters from ''the Ali G show.'' He then does an impression of Borat.
2:45 Letterman asks if the movie was real because some parts seemed like they could not possibly be real. Cohen says that it is real. He says people said the same thing about Borat being fake until they had 200 lawsuits from it.
3:15 Letterman asks if the wrestling event at the end was real. Cohen says it was real. He explains how he was in a cage match where he challenged the entire audience to a fight thinking he was safe. It turns out that a huge guy from the audience jumped the fence and was ready to fight him.
6:05 Letterman wonders not only is it real but whether or not Bruno was really in danger in one part of the movie when Bruno interviews a real terrorist.

0:16 Letterman asks if the movie was a lot of work. Cohen says it was a lot of work.
0:35 Letterman asks how he was able to interview a terrorist. Cohen says he wanted to have something that was never done before, so that's how he came up with the idea. He mentions how it is hard to find a terrorist and how the United States Government has been looking for one for 9 years.
1:30 Cohen says they called up a contact at the C.I.A. who gave them a few leads. They eventually were able to find and schedule an interview with a terrorist.
2:30 He said he was worried about attacks, but the terrorist contacts assured him that he would be fine because over there, they love the Ali G show.
2:45 Cohen talks about trying to find a security guard to go with him. He found someone from the Enrique Iglesias tour.
3:30 Cohen explains how he wanted to set up a code word to communicate if the terrorists were armed. Their code was hot weather = armed, cold weather = not armed, but his guard forgot the code and started talking about the weather with the terrorist.
4:40 Letterman asks if the terrorists are invited to the movie premiere.
5:00 They introduce a movie clip of Bruno trying to arrange to be kidnapped by the terrorists in order to become famous.
5:20 Bruno ends up offending the terrorists and they kick him out.
5:55 Letterman says Bruno is opening on Thursday at midnight and thanks Cohen for being on the show.
