Saag

Saag is a dish made with green leafy vegetables, usually spinach, and curry. It is popular in India and Pakistan and often eaten with bread such as roti or naan. At its simplest, saag is essentially a creamed spinach dish. It can be used in combination with other ingredients to make many dishes.
