  • A professional hockey center for the Anaheim Ducks, Ryan Getzlaf was drafted 19th overall by the Ducks in the 2003 NHL Draft. He did not make his debut with the team until 2005, though he scored 39 points in his first season and played all 82 games his second season, the year the Ducks won the Stanley Cup.

    Getzlaf's 21 points led the Anaheim Ducks on their 2007 playoff run. In the offseason after winning the championship, Getzlaf signed a five-year contract extension worth over $26 million.

    Getzlaf has had limited media exposure since the Ducks won the Stanley Cup. He has appeared in a Home Depot commercial as well as guesting on Snoop Dogg's Fatherhood.
