Ryan Craig

  • Canadian professional hockey player Ryan Craig plays for the Tampa Bay Lightning in the National Hockey League.
  • NHL Career

    Craig was drafted 255th overall in the 2002 NHL Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning. He played one additional season with his junior team, the Brandon Wheat Kings in the Western Hockey League, before joining the Lightning's American Hockey League affiliate, the Hershey Bears, in 2003. Craig played exclusively in the AHL during the 2004-05 NHL Lockout and joined the Lightning for his NHL debut in 2005. On November 25, 2007, Craig injured his left knee. The injury required surgery and Craig missed the last 59 games of the 2007-08 regular season.
