Ivory Coast native Rudy Guede was convicted on October 28, 2008, for his role in the murder of British student, Meredith Kercher.FoxNews: American Student, Co-Defendant Indicted in Slain British Coed Case (October 28, 2008) Guede was found guilty of having killed Kercher for refusing to take part in an orgy in November 2007. American Amanda Knox and Italian Rafaelle Sollecito were also found guilty of the murder in December of 2009.
