Ruben Gotay is a Major League Baseball player. He currently plays second base for the Atlanta Braves.

Ruben Bruce Gotay was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, on December 25, 1982. He attended Dr. Santiago Veue Calzada High School. He continued his education at Indian Hills Community College. On August 3, 2004, Gotay made his Major League Baseball debut with the Kansas City Royals. In his first season, Gotay appeared in 44 games and finished the season with a .270 batting average.
