The RPI Standings is a combined standings of all NCAA Men's Basketball teams. It factors in not only victories and losses compiled by each team, but also factors in the strength of a team's schedule. The Ratings Percentage Index helps members of the NCAA Tournament Selection Committee determine where to seed teams for the NCAA Tournament to allow for the tournament to be as balanced as possible.
