Roy L. Williams is an All-Pro National Football League safety who plays for the Cincinnati Bengals. After missing four weeks with a broken arm during the 2008 season, Williams returned to the Dallas Cowboys' roster on October 19, 2008. He re-broke the same arm during his first game back and missed the rest of the 2008 season.
