Rapper Rosco P. Coldchain, whose real name is Amin Porter, was arrested in connection with a double homicide on December 18, 2008 in Philadelphia.
The rapper was one of two men taken into custody by authorities. According to reports, they were found near the scene. Coldchain was arrested but not charged with a crime.
The unidentified victims are believed to be between the ages of 18 and 20. The shooting took place near Cottage Street and Wakeling on Thursday night.
