Rosario DiGirolamo has been arrested and charged with the murder of Amy Giordano. DiGirolamo was married, and having an affair with Giordano. They had a son, Michael, who was found abandoned in a hospital parking lot in Newark, Delaware in June 2007, two days after Giordano disappeared. Giroloamo reportedly fled to Milan, Italy after abandoning the baby. He was charged with child abandonment after returning to the United States, and his parental rights have been terminated. Giordano's body has not been found, but authorities believe they have enough evidence to establish that she is dead.
