Hell's Kitchen contestant Rosann Fama is one of 15 chefs that will need to perform various cooking scenarios and excel in them to win the fourth season of the reality television show. All chefs are competing for a job as executive chef at Gordon Ramsay's new restaurant "The London West Hollywood". Fama graduated from the French Culinary Institute in 2002. She states that she has worked in catering and at country clubs ever since graduation.
