Root Beer Float

A root beer float is a dessert made with vanilla ice cream and root beer. When Chocolate syrup is added, it is known as a "Brown Cow" or when Chocolate ice cream is used, it is known as a "Black Cow". Friendly's has a version with sherbet and seltzer called "Slammer".

Ingredients

Ice Cream, traditionally vanilla but can be made with any flavor.
Root Beer, but can be made with any variety of colas

How to Make A Root Beer Float

Place 2-3 scoops of ice cream into a tall glass.
Carefully pour in root beer to fill glass.
