Ronny Cedeno is a professional athlete in Major League Baseball. He is currently an infielder for the Seattle Mariners. Ronny Alexander Cedeno was born in Carabobo, Venezuela on February 2, 1983. He was signed by the Chicago Cubs as an amateur free agent in 1999.

Pro Career

Cedeno made his Major league baseball debut on April 23, 2005 with the Chicago Cubs. He has since served as a utility player for the team, filling in at second base, third base, short stop, left field and center field during his first 3 seasons in the majors.
