November 5, 2007: GOP presidential condidate Ron Paul set a single day fundraising record, by raising $4.3 million within a 24-hour period. The fundraising drive, which took place on Guy Fawkes Day, brought the candidates fourht quarter fundraising total to $7.3 million. Paul is the only Republican who supports pulling troops out of Iraq.
