Roger Avary

Roger Avary is a movie producer, director and screenwriter. He won an Oscar in 1994 for his Pulp Fiction screenplay.
Avary was driving under the influence in 2008 when he lost control, crashing and killing his passenger and friend Andreas Zini. He pleaded guilty to gross vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving and was sentenced to one year in prison on September 30, 2009.http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/b146702_pulp_fiction_oscar_winner_sentenced.html
