Early Years
Hood attended Carver High School in Georgia where he played as a quarterback, wide receiver and cornerback, and also lettered in basketball and in track.
He was a former walk-on at Auburn University, moved to cornerback from wide receiver which is the position he tried out for with the Tigers. He earned a scholarship in his sophomore season but was then converted to a safety position after a coaching change.Official Team Site: Roderick Hood Bio
Pro Career
