WWF
Piper began his WWF run in 1984. Soon after he was given his own interview segment called Piper's Pit. The segments usually ended up in feuds with Piper and other wrestlers and became popular with the fans. In one of the most infamous Pit segments, Piper began to insult guest Jimmy Snuka, who took offense to the comments. Piper then attacked Snuka by hitting him in the head with a coconut. The two would have a lengthy feud afterwards.
Piper would also feud with other big stars like Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, and Ric Flair. Piper won the Intercontinental Championship from The Mountie at the 1992 Royal Rumble, but lost it to Bret Hart at WrestleMania VIII.
Piper left the WWE in 1996 and worked with WCW until 2000. He now makes occasional appearances on WWE television and was a surprise participant in the 2008 Royal Rumble.
