Rob Knox

Rob Knox, was a British actor who started acting at the age of 11. He starred in several movies and TV shows, including Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. He was killed at the age of 18 in London on May 24, 2008. Knox had just finished filming the role of Marcus Belby in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and was contracted for a role in the next installment.

In 2004, Knox said in an interview that he'd been the victim of bullying as a child. Knox told the British newspaper The Sun that he was repeatedly tormented by ten of his classmates because he was overweight. As a result, Knox said he switched schools.

Knox was stabbed to death during an altercation outside a bar. 18-year-old Karl Bishop had gotten into another fight earlier in the night and went home to get two knives. Bishop attacked Knox and several of his friends with the knives, stabbing them.
