In a March 18, 2008 hockey game between the New York Islanders and the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York's Rob Davison scored a miraculous goal on Toronto goaltender Vesa Toskala from almost 200 feet away. With the Islanders short-handed, Davison tried to clear the puck from just in front of his own goal. After traveling nearly the entire length of the ice, the puck took a strange bounce and floated right past Toskala into the net.
