Tom Hanks stars as a mafia hit man who turns against his former associates after his wife and son are killed by a fellow assassin in the dramatic crime film Road to Perdition.
Plot Summary
Michael Sullivan (Tom Hanks) works as an assassin for mob boss John Rooney (Paul Newman). Rooney treats Sullivan like a son, leading to tension between Sullivan and Rooney's biological son Connor (Daniel Craig). After one of Sullivan's sons witnesses Connor committing murder, Connor attempts to kill the entire Sullivan family, but Michael and his oldest son survive the attempted hit. The betrayal leads Michael to embark on a campaign of revenge against his former associates.Cast
