In Rise Of The Argonauts, God Powers are special abilities that you can use in battle. God Powers can do a number of things, from providing temporary boosts to your character's strength to creating a pillar of light that can heal. Within Rise of the Argonauts, God Powers are referred to as "Aspects", and are acquired by spending Aspect Points which are gained through accumulating favor with the gods.

Attaining God Powers
God Powers are acquired by spending Aspect Points, which are in turn acquired by gaining Favor with a god. Favor can be gained by accomplishing deeds, specific feats in battle that will be recorded and can be dedicated to gods. Deeds also include performing specific tasks, as simple as delivering a message to someone. With enough deeds dedicated to a god, you can earn an Aspect point which can be used on a God Power. To advance to higher levels of God Powers, you must spend a certain amount of points within one tier of Aspects to unlock the next tier, which contains more power skills and abilities.Other ways of gaining Aspect points include choosing certain responses in conversations that align with the character of a particular god. Most conversations contain opportunities to earn favor, so don't hesitate to talk to everyone you can.
