In late March of 2008, former Poison drummer Rikki Rockett was arrested for rape. Rockett was stopped at the LAX airport as he was going through customs after getting off of a flight from New Zealand.

Mistaken Identity and Charges
On May 23, 2008, it was reported that Rockett was exonerated of the charges as he wasn't even in Mississippi when the crime took place.
