Background
Ross grew up in Carol City, Florida, a suburb located outside of Miami. He received a football scholarship from Albany State in Georgia. After just two weeks Ross dropped out of the program to focus on his career in music. After dropping out, he signed a deal with Poe Boy Entertainment. He soon began making a name for himself by appearing on tracks by fellow Florida rappers including Trick Daddy and Trina.-
