Author and theologian Rev. Richard John Neuhaus died at the age of 72 on January 8, 2009. Father Neuhaus reportedly became ill and was hospitalized after Christmas due to "a series of side effects from the cancer he was suffering."Articles of Faith (Boston.com): The Rev.
