The Reuters/Zogby poll is a presidential tracking poll in which the news service Reuters commissions Zogby International to conduct a phone survey of likely voters. Zogby's polls are often the most controversial of the major polls, as they often report results at variance with those reported by other organizations.US News and World Report: The Man Behind the Numbers (February 8, 2004)
Zogby Methodology
Zogby's polls have often been criticized for their unorthodox methodology and aberrant results. Zogby calls only listed numbers, calls the same number several times if the respondent cannot be reached, and calls that number throughout the day.US News and World Report: The Man Behind the Numbers (February 8, 2004)-
