Reuben Sandwich

The Reuben Sandwich is a toasted or grilled sandwich normally made with sauerkraut, corned beef, swiss cheese, and thousand island or Russian dressing. The origins of the sandwich are in dispute.
Fast Facts:
1. The sister sandwich The Rachel, is served with pastrami or turkey instead of corned beef
2. The oldest Reuben printed reference is a menu from the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln, Nebraska, from 1937
