  • Risks

    Users are considered to be at a low risk if they drink less than four (for a man) or three (for a woman) standard-size alcoholic drinks the days they consume alcohol and less than 14 (men) or 7 (woman) drinks a week. According to the site, 3 in 4 Americans drink more than so. 1 in 4 of those have alcoholism or alcohol abuse problems.
