Resistance 2 Trailer

This page is a compilation of trailers for Resistance 2, a first-person shooter developed by Insomniac Games and a sequel to the original Resistance Fall of Man released for the Playstation 3 console.

The game starts off from where the previous one ended with Nathan Hale being picked up by a Black-Ops team before being transported to a military facility located in Iceland. There, he discovers that there are others like him who are resistant to the Chimera virus in some capacity. They are known as Sentinels and they have been recruited from all over the world by the SRPA to safeguard the few remaining countries operating under human control. Nathan eventually joins forces with them to help push back the Chimera forces and prevent them from taking over the United States.

In addition to the single-player campaign, Resistance 2 also offers a separate cooperative mode with support for up to eight players. The original story parallels the events that occur within the main campaign, but is completely self-contained. Players will be able to choose from three different classes: the medic, the soldier and the special ops. Each of these units comes equipped with their own unique abilities and can be leveled up to obtain access to new weapons and character skins.
