Resistance 2 is a first-person shooter for the PS3. The game features both local and online competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes.Wikipedia: Resistance 2
Competitive Multiplayer Details
Resistance 2 can accommodate up to 60 players in competitive play online. In order to keep the games organized and prevent them spiraling into chaos, the game's developer's have structured the multiplayer into squad-based gameplay. Each squad has its own objectives that can range from attacking or defending a certain location, to providing back-up for another squad. The objectives change dynamically based on what's happening in the game, so as to offer plenty of variety. Each squad also has a rival squad that's been given the same objective, making the two squads compete against each other to achieve the objective.GameTrailers: Resistance 2 Multiplayer InterviewCooperative Multiplayer Details
