Resistance 2 Leviathan Boss Fight

- Stands 300 feet tall
- The head is his weak spot
- Only rockets damage him significantly
- Knocks down buildings and bridges, so move fast

In Resistance 2, the Chimerans have completely overrun Chicago and a massive 300-foot tall Leviathan has moved in.
The Fight

In Chicago, when Hale reaches the rooftop, he'll gain access to the L210 LAARK, a rocket launcher that should soon come in handy. Don't fire reactionary shots at Leviathan and waste ammo. Wait until he picks Hale up and then, from close range, use the LAARK to blast rockets into its gaping maw.
After taking three hits to the face, Leviathan reacts and drops Hale onto a nearby roof. Head inside and make your way upstairs. At the top of the building, hurry across the metal bridge into the adjacent building to reach a checkpoint. Leviathan destroys the metal bridge and, soon after, the building that Hale is in. Run downstairs as quickly as possible and exit through the window...right into the vigilant Leviathan. He picks Hale up once again, providing another opportunity to fire a rocket into his gullet.
Leviathan roars and drops Hale, who flies through the air and lands inside a new building, which is also a checkpoint. He immediately receives a message that the demolitions team has rigged the sky bridge with explosives. Head to the lower part of the building, taking out the Hybrids lurking nearby. Shoot Leviathan with the LAARK to draw his attention and he'll move towards Hale. When he's beneath the bridge, fire a rocket at either end of the bridge to set off the explosives. Shoot Leviathan once more in the head to bring him down.
