Requiem: Bloodymare

Bloodymare is a science-fiction/horror MMORPG game for the PC using the Havok engine and developed by Gravity Interactive, creators of Ragnarok Online.
Story

Fallout from scientific and mystical warfare over several generations has polluted the world and generated mutated monsters. Set in the world of Ethegia, players take on the role of Temperions, beings created through genetic engineering to fight the monsters. Battles between players and the gory creatures display with intense sequences of bloody and gory graphics.
