Remember the Titans is a film based on true events of the 1971 Titans football team in Alexandria, Virginia during the desegregation of T. C. Williams High School. The movie highlights the racial tensions between the two teams that are forced to play together, along with the struggles of the coaches and staff in trying to bring their team to the state championship.
